THE RITUAL TO CALM STRESS
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our ritual to calm stress will act effectively to combat your level of anxiety. It will help you reduce your chronic or transient nervousness, and will bring you peace and comfort before passing certain potentially stressful tests: job interviews, end-of-year exams, oral exams, etc.
In order to carry out our ritual to calm stress, you will need:
Coffee
white sage
Chamomile
Rosemary
Corn
Lavender
Himalayan pink salt
A white candle
sandalwood incense
Extra virgin olive oil
A glass jar with lid
Once all these objects have been brought together, wrap them in a gentle, benevolent and soothing gaze. Gather your positive energies as much as possible by contemplating these objects.
Anoint the candle with oil. Light it and the incense.
Imagine us calm and serene during situations that are usually stressful for you. While visualizing yourself in this way, fill the pot with all the elements mentioned above, making sure to finish with coffee and Himalayan salt. Leave the jar open until the candle has stopped burning. Then, seal the jar and place it in the place of your choice, preferably in a room that you like more than another.
Repeat this ritual to calm stress every six months or so, by throwing the contents of the pot in your garden or in a potted plant. After conscientiously cleaning your transparent glass jar, reuse it for a future ritual intended to combat your stress.
