1 cup of ground beef
1 large peeled tomato
1 onion
3 glasses of rice
3 glasses of water
Brown the ground beef with the minced onion.
When it is golden, add the rice and cover with the water, add the peeled tomato that you will crush with a little spoon.
Cook covered over low heat, stirring occasionally.
When all the water has been absorbed, it’s ready! Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot in ramekins.
