Traditional Russian recipe We all know that the liver is a biochemical laboratory of the human body, where complex processes take place. The liver is responsible for breaking down the toxins produced in the body. Often times, an overdose of medications, poor diet, and certain bacterial and viral infections have serious consequences and pose a rare threat to liver health. The liver detoxification process using raisins (besides cleansing the body with the use of rice), is one of the most effective methods for the body to recover and get rid of chronic diseases and toxins, toxins from the body because they prevent initiate a self-healing mechanism, and also significantly reduce the effectiveness of drugs and prescriptions of traditional medicine.
In the morning, sip half a cup of raisins in hot water and let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash it well under running water. Place the raisins in a cup and fill the cup with boiling water, cooled to room temperature. Let the raisins sit for 24 hours (until the next morning). The next morning, before eating anything, have a drink and eat some raisins. Lie in bed for an hour and a half or two and apply a warm compress (or better yet, a hot water bottle) to the right side of your stomach. This procedure is carried out once a week. The cleansing process should be practiced for a month (i.e. once a week during the month) and twice a year.
